Purpose-built for high-vining crops that thrive in open, horizontal space rather than high-density configurations. One platform. Ultrasonic precision. Full automation from root to harvest.
Titanium transducers generate 30–70 µm mist through open-channel nozzles. Self-cleaning. Zero clogging. Centralized fertigation for unlimited scale.
100% of nutrient solution is captured and reused. No runoff, no waste. Closed-loop system minimises water consumption by up to 92%.
The Flat-Top platform is designed for high-vining crops where spacing, root freedom, and continuous-harvest architecture matters more than stacking density.
Crop testing is ongoing. Additional crops will be added to the compatibility list once formally validated under controlled trial conditions.
Live validation programmes running in partnership with clients and research institutions.

Evaluated for a client in the context of a multi-stage project in Kenya. Results include exceptional growth in both foliar and root systems. Root pruning was tested with significant positive outcomes on plant structure and yield consistency.
Peppers grown on the Flat-Top platform were 20–50% spicier than benchmark controls, with higher dried weight per plant — a direct consequence of the hyper-oxygenated root environment driving secondary metabolite production.

Multiple cultivars were tested under aeroponic conditions on the Flat-Top platform. Fast growth and continuous harvesting were consistently observed — a key economic advantage over field production requiring full-season commitment.
Some tubers were intentionally left to overdevelop, enabling discovery of terminal mass under aeroponic conditions. Tubers were subsequently replanted, confirming the platform's viability as a seed potato propagation system. Plant material was obtained from a certified partner.

The cannabis market is consolidating. Large-scale operators are gaining ground and they need infrastructure that can match their ambition — reliable, scalable systems that perform from clone to harvest without daily intervention.
Existing aeroponic systems in the cannabis space are pressure-based and use decentralized irrigation — meaning dozens of failure points, constant clogging, and maintenance crews that eat margins. No one has solved this at commercial scale.
Freya can. Our flat-top Aeroframe is a plug-and-play solution at any scale, handling plants from clone to harvest in the same unified tech stack. One platform. Zero clogging. Full automation.
We are looking for established cannabis growers to co-develop the base flat-top system into a dedicated Cannatech offering for the US market.
